Minutes of Special Meeting
March 17, 2009
The Board of Directors of the Kittitas Reclamation District met in Special Session March 17, 2009. Directors in attendance were Chairman Jim Schnebly, Larry Bland, Urban Eberhart, Paul Weaver and Ed Wakkuri. Also in attendance were Ken Hasbrouck and Legal Counsel Jeff Slothower.
With a motion from Ed Wakkuri and seconded by Paul Weaver the Board adjourned to Executive Session for 30 minutes at 10:03 a.m. to discuss pending litigation. The motion passed unanimously. Chairman Jim Schnebly announced a 30-minute extension at 10.33 p.m. The Board returned to Special Session at 11:03 a.m. with a motion from Ed Wakkuri and seconded by Paul Weaver. The motion passed unanimously
All Business having been concluded the meeting adjourned.
